What we build

The System first: your program, every phone, every hour. The program you run today stays where it is; its numbers reach whoever needs them.

Outside the System, each its own project: websites, online stores, integrations, data moved between programs, and bespoke applications, which we call the Exception. We build your “except when…”. Over the System, as needed:

• The Morning — One number, before you arrive.
• The Statement — Customer statement with photographs, on WhatsApp in seconds.
• The Floor — Paper and WhatsApp, one queue for whoever bills.
• The Catalogue — Products photographed. Or a full online store.
• The Profile — For the buyer abroad: website, profile, quotation.

What we do not do

No advertising, no social media, no campaigns. Systems a business runs on. Not marketing.

MIDDLEWARE is not Al-Ameen’s maker; the program stays as it is. Nor do we sell accounting programs: all the work sits over what you already have.

Our login to your program’s database is read-only, as it is for every client. In front of your accountant we try to write, and the write fails. Your accountant can delete the login whenever they choose.

How we work

A twenty-minute call: we listen to how your business runs and sell you nothing. Then three files from your program — and no file reaches us before a signed undertaking.

From the files we write the Reading: two pages, three to five findings, each a number and a name — an item, a customer, an invoice. Handed over on paper, in the room, never sent ahead. For a Damascus distributor it found 820 of 2,829 items asleep all year, 29% of the book, and 6 lines sold below cost.

Then the System on your own items, and the price after that. Nothing is paid before you decide.

Why the name MIDDLEWARE?

In software development, the word means the layer that sits between two programs: it reads from one and hands to the other. That is exactly our work: a layer between the accounting program and the phone. The name describes what we build, and nothing more.

It is written MIDDLEWARE, in capitals and in English, in the Arabic text as in the English, on the site and on paper, and it is never translated.

A client: Lightware

Lightware is a lighting distributor. Everything it had was inside Al-Ameen, and none of it on the owner’s phone before the System. It has run on the System since July 2026, and this is what changed:

• 2,800 items on every phone, hourly.
• 1,400 items photographed and published.
• Al-Ameen untouched; nothing in it changed.

Your accounting program knows everything about your business. You can’t see any of it.
