What it is, and what it is not

The System is a layer MIDDLEWARE builds over the copy of Al-Ameen your company owns, on the computer it runs on today. It reads the program’s numbers and shows them on every phone in the company: in the warehouse, on the floor, on the road, at home. Items with quantities and prices, customers with their statements, what was sold and what is left.

It is not an app from the program’s maker, and not another copy of the program. One program, the one you have; the phone shows a reading of it.

What changes, and what does not

What changes: numbers that lived on the office computer alone are now on every phone in the company, as they stand in the program. They refresh every hour, not every second.

A working example: Lightware, a lighting distributor, everything inside Al-Ameen. 2,800 items on every phone, every hour, since July 2026, and the program untouched.

What does not change:

• The program itself: the copy, the version, the licence.
• Your data: it stays in the program, as it is.
• The accountant’s screen and entries: he works as he did.

From outside the company

The phone does not ask where you are. The owner at home, on the road or abroad sees what the office sees: what was sold up to the last hour, what is left in the warehouse, who has paid and what each customer owes. The program’s numbers online, from anywhere; the program itself stays on the office computer.

The Morning: one number, before you arrive — on your phone, each morning. And a salesman standing with a customer opens the item, the quantity and the price on his own phone, instead of ringing the office to ask.

Suddenly you can see.

How the System reads your program

One login, created by the accountant, links the System to the program. It reads and cannot write: no entry, no invoice, no change to an item or a price. We try a write in front of him; the program refuses, and he sees it refuse.

The login is his, not ours. What reaches the phones is a reading of the book; the book stays with the accountant.

The accountant creates the login and the accountant deletes it. In between: reading, never writing.

If your program is not Al-Ameen

Al-Ameen or another program, or Excel sheets: the System is built over what you work with. Your program has known your company for years; those years are what we read.

MIDDLEWARE sells no accounting program, recommends no switch and does not replace the one you have. MIDDLEWARE is not Al-Ameen’s maker; the program stays as it is.
